Conditions of Use

Your visit to spirerjewelers.com and your access to its website and its services are governed by the following conditions. Any person that shops from spirerjewelers.com or visits the spirerjewelers.com website accepts these conditions.

Returns and Warranties

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) for a STORE CREDIT ONLY applicable to any future order (excluding shipping costs). No refunds of any kind other than store credit are issued by Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC.

Returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the delivery date by FedEx and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Item must be in unused condition as determined by Daniel R. Spirer upon receipt of the item. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us fully insured. Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC is not responsible for returned items lost by the shipping service used by the customer.

All of our jewelry has a lifetime warrantee. The only exception to this warrantee is normal wear and tear on gemstones. If re-polishing is necessary there will be a charge.

We also guarantee against loss of gemstones, however, this REQUIRES that the piece be brought (or sent in) to our store for cleaning and inspection every 6 months (NO EXCEPTIONS) to maintain this coverage.

Additionally no gold jewelry should ever be exposed to chlorine as the chlorine will actually erode the gold. This means you should NEVER wear gold jewelry into pools, hot tubs or other areas containing chlorine, nor should you wear it while using cleaning products with chlorine in them. Indications of persistent exposure to chlorine will nullify our warrantees.

When you visit spirerjewelers.com or send e-mails to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Photos may not be reproduced or printed for commercial purposes. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Daniel R. Reproduction or Replication

Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC grants you access to use its site but prohibits downloading any content, information, images, logos, text, tags, or coding contained within the site. Doing so constitutes copyright violations.

Shipping Risks

Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC ships all purchases via Federal Express (FedEx) only. Customers may select standard overnight or priority overnight service for their delivery and the shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC has a special insurance policy through FedEx which insures that if the package is lost while in possession of FedEx carriers we shall replace the item once a complete search has been completed by FedEx. The customer or his/her agent must be available to personally take delivery and sign for the package at the time of delivery by FedEx to the address supplied by the customer on their original order. Once the package is signed for the risk of loss of the item passes to you the customer. FedEx will not ship to post office boxes and requires a valid telephone number on each shipment.

Product Descriptions

While we try to be as accurate as possible when naming, describing or pricing a product, Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC. does not guarantee that product descriptions and product prices are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free. Your actual invoice, however, will contain an accurate product description that includes gemstone weight and treatments as required by the FTC. All jewelry at Daniel R. Spirer jewelers is hand crafted and therefore subject to variations each time the piece is made. Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC will not be held responsible in any way for typographical errors, including errors in pricing or errors in descriptions.

Website Reliability

Daniel R. Spirer Jewelers LLC does not offer any type of warranty on its website functionality or content. By using this site, you AGREE that you are using it at your own sole risk. We will not be held responsible for any losses due to site unavailability. Furthermore, Daniel R. Shipping times do not include order processing.
Almost all orders ship within ten (10) business days of the date the order is placed, though some items are available immediately from the showroom and will ship as early as the same day the order is placed. The exception to that is during the month of December when holiday orders cans sometime slow down production times. We will contact you if the timeframe will exceed 10 business days.
